HOW TO USE
Fenugreek, Ginger & Nettle Hair Pack - Mix 2 tablespoons or more of this hair pack with yogurt/coconut milk/aloe vera/cooled brewed tea/any other nourishing liquid and apply the paste to the scalp, roots and ends. Leave it on for one hour and then shampoo & condition as usual. Experience soft, bouncy and voluminous hair after consistent use. (Next Para) Pro tips for best results - Prepare the hair pack paste one hour before application. Apply on a non-oiled and clean hair scalp to allow the hair follicles to absorb the most nutrients. Use once a week for strong and healthy hair.
Orange & Lime Bath and Foot Soak - Add 1 spoon of the salts to a bucket of warm water and soak your feet in. Once the water is cool, scrub your soles to remove dead skin. Use these salts in a warm bath/ tub for Bath Soak.
Eucalyptus & Tea Tree Toner - After cleansing, spritz the toner generously all over your face, keeping your eyes closed. Do not wipe it dry and let the toner get absorbed by your skin. If using a face oil/face cream, use it while the skin is still damp after using the toner for better absorption. This toner can also be used any time of the day to refresh the skin such as post a workout or while travelling.
